Tom Brady apparently apologized to Tyrann Mathieu after trash-talking him throughout the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Super Bowl LV win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Brady said sorry in a text message to the Chiefs’ defensive back, ESPN reported Monday, citing a source who included that the heated outbursts were not a reflection of Brady’s sensations about Mathieu.

The cams found the two ultra-competitive gamers jawing at each other during the first half of the game. Mathieu even entered Brady’s face after a second goal pass to Rob Gronkowski.
Mathieu tweeted after the game that Brady called him “something I won’t duplicate.”
” He called me something I won’t duplicate but yeah I’ll let all the media toss me under the bus as if I did something or said something to him … go back to my previous games versus TB12 I revealed him nothing but regard. Look at my interviews about him … I reveal grace,” he composed.

The protective back told press reporters after the game he saw a different side of Brady.
” I thought I played as hard as I can today,” he said, through Pro Football Talk. “Listen, Tom Brady’s a great quarterback. I never ever actually saw that side of Tom Brady, to be honest. Whatever. No comment. it’s over with. I’m finished with it.”
Mathieu almost had an interception in the video game, however it was waved off because of a charge.
The Bucs went on to beat the Chiefs 31 -9 at Raymond James Stadium, recording the Lombardi Prize for the first time since2003 Brady won his seventh ring, the most by any single player or team.
