Introducing macOS Monterey and iOS 15 operating systems this year, Apple has released a security update for the old operating system macOS Catalina and iOS 12.5.

To update your device,

  • From the Apple menu, click the System Preferences tab.

  • You must restart your device for the update to take effect.
