U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo will talk over with Turkey next week and preserve talks with prime central bank and finance ministry officers, two sources stated Friday.
One person, soliciting for anonymity because plans are peaceable non-public, instructed Reuters that Adeyemo would meet both Treasury and Finance Minister Nuredden Nebati and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) Governor Şahap Kavcıoğlu.
A central bank source confirmed the assembly with Kavcıoğlu. The Turkish Treasury did no longer instantly reply to a request for comment.
The U.S. Treasury and the U.S. Embassy in Ankara did no longer instantly reply to written requests for comment.
